Garbage. Broke just over a month ago and NO RETURNS!

Bought for my 12 year old boy who has to carry 15 pounds of books to school every day. We received it on October 3rd and a month later it was broken and ready to throw away. Only then did I discover that it has a ONE MONTH RETURN! Yes, only ONE MONTH! Talk about NOT standing next to your crappy product. In just one month: 1) The plastic around the metal rails broke off on one side, causing the slide to dangle 2) Two of the wheels were broken 3) The side pockets were torn to shreds despite only…

This is the perfect size for a 17 inch carry-on.

This is the perfect 17 inch carry-on backpack that can be carried as a backpack or as a wheeled suitcase. The fabric is heavy duty, seems well stitched (I sew) I think it might be a "childish" backpack due to some of the cartoon colors but I'm a 5ft 8" adult and he is fits very well, with plenty of room for my adult size hands in straps with room for reserve (thick jacket etc.). The main compartment is just a main compartment with no other zip pockets. But there is a large zipped pocket on the…

waste of money. Broke at 7 weeks.

I should have known better after reading the reviews but my daughter loved the polka dot pattern so I bought this bag. She went to school on August 20, and here it is already October 5 and the thing is completely useless. First, the fabric is cheap and started tearing after 3 weeks of use. No big deal, it's still rolling. Then the metal rods holding the handle through the bag and base broke making a horrible grinding noise on the concrete/sidewalk when moving. At this point I went ahead and…

This is a modest backpack for the price, but it does have a few downsides.

I bought this backpack because of its cheap price and functionality. I prefer to pull my backpack than carry it on my back because I pack a lot of stuff which makes the backpack very heavy. I liked the large space, various compartments and pockets, and both sides allow you to quickly store things. The handle is well made for a reasonable price. However, because the items inside the pack were heavy, the hollow metal tube inside the pack literally flexed over time, causing the two front legs to…

Zero Laptop Protection

I bought this to transition from carrying my laptop in my backpack to driving to protect my back. The main laptop compartment is a large space with no panels to keep your laptop safe and secure. In fact, there is no padding in this bag. You can feel the mechanics of the handle through the material. If you didn't have anything in the main compartment, the laptop would literally wobble inside. I thought I would have preferred backpack straps, but no matter how short I adjusted them, they still…

Reliable, great bags. Constant price fluctuations.

I have these backpacks for my daughters and I have to tell you they are NOT gentle with them on our trips to and from school. I wanted to test them out to make sure they would last as I was going to use them as 72 hour emergency packs for our storage. But I didn't want to invest in 6 different emergency bags if they couldn't take the abuse. Of course I don't let her throw him down the stairs or anything serious, but I certainly don't let her babysit her. We walk several blocks on rough roads to

This bag has so much stuff it's a shame the wheels don't do it pretty well to use. Only two wheels on each side 4. They are very loose and wobble, then fall apart, get stuck together and stop rolling. The same thing happened on both sides, leading me to believe the wheels weren't made properly or the glue holding them together wasn't good. TO UPDATE! I glued the wheels together with a hot glue gun and it seems to work great! When I wanted to return it to Revain they gave me a loan and said they
