Type of review

Just received this DSLR camera bag and cannot be more pleased with it. The construction and quality of materials is outstanding. Sizing is generous enough to accomodate a full size DSLR with zoom up to 70-200. Extra pockets hold cards, batteries, and more. The best surprise is the quality of the shoulder strap. Two inches wide with a very well padded adjustable pad. You can cradle your camera in a neoprene pouch and still fit it in this bag with room to spare. Best value for this type bag.

Pros
  • everything ok its nice quality
Cons
  • The case may be too bulky for some users

The best camera / laptop combo bag I've ever owned.

This backpack is absolutely amazing for the price. I'm able to fit two micro 4/3 cameras in it, with 4 lenses, a Rode VideoMic, spare cards and batteries, my laptop, my ipad, and cords and chargers. And while it is a large bag, it's not heavy. Yet at the same time its durable. I cannot believe how good this bag is for the money. Easily looks and performs like a bag 5 times the cost.

Pros
  • Guts the Nikon P1000 perfectly. The shoulder strap is very comfortable.
Cons
  • The shoulder strap may not be comfortable for extended periods of use

Surprisingly good bag for the money

The lack of product pictures and the price of $15 set the bar low for expectations but I was pleasantly surprised once I received my order. I'll just list the details since the product page itself is sorely lacking of details. I also added a few pictures. Not surprisingly I take pretty bad pics. :)Inside- rough inside measurements are 10x4x7" (WxDxH)- orange padded all around- there are 2 orange padded divisions held in place with velcro and also have black flaps- 3 pockets under the top…

Pros
  • Works well for my camera with 18-300 attached. Little bit bigger than I thought. Nice.
Cons
  • Well built and durable but zippers are hard to work.

Fine for short use good for me

I was hunting for a DSLR backpack with a laptop sleeve and tripod strap that wouldn't break the bank. I've been eyeing Lowepro for months, but when I saw the rooCASE for nearly half the price, I decided to give it a try.THE GOOD:The shoulder straps and back panel are well made, sit comfortably, and are breathable. There's an adjustable chest strap to help with weight distribution.Hidden rain cover zipped on the bottom (note: it's bright orange). There's an extra strap for a tripod.15" laptop…

Pros
  • Very nice quality and happy with it
Cons
  • The zippers may be prone to snagging or breaking

The rooCase camera holster is a very nice case and my Nikon D-3200 fits perfectly with it's 18mm-105mm lens and tulip shade attached. The built in rainfly is a great feature and also has a belt loop, carry strap and shoulder strap and a velcro sepreator/cover for main compartment. Interior dimensions: (top opening) 5.5" x6.00 (bottom) 3.5" x3.5" (depth) 8.00" (top recess) 1.00" Exterior dimensions H=11.5" W=7.875" D=8.00". This will hold a full size DSLR with…

Pros
  • Camera & Photo
Cons
  • The case may not have enough ventilation to prevent camera equipment from overheating

Strong bag - my new review

Love it, I'm a very quick fast person, so I'm always grabbing my bag and going. The bag seems very strong, which is just what I needed.

Pros
  • perfect for hiking
Cons
  • The storage compartments may not be organized in a way that is convenient for some users

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent value and features.

This camera bag exceeded my expectations and provided very good value for the money. It comes with an additional strap and a rain cover. It fit my Nikon D850 with the MB12 battery grip attached, and the Nikon 24-70 F2.8G lens with the lens petal attached, which is basically a full size professional camera footprint with a medium but heavy lens. The padding is adequate, inside the bag are separators that can be used if your camera is a smaller setup. It also has outside pockets, and finally a…

Pros
  • Front zippered compartment to store additional memory cards, and small accessories
Cons
  • The design may not offer enough ergonomic support for the user's back or shoulders

Overall awesome bag!

Love this bag! Perfect space for a body, and 3 lenses in the camera compartment. Top part has a really good amount of space. Laptop space is large and fits a MacBook Pro 15in and has space to also carry an iPad Pro. Side tripod straps are good. And the rain cover actually works. Only reason for 4 stars is the damn zipper strings fall off almost daily.

Pros
  • This bag was roomier then I expected. Very well constructed.
Cons
  • The price point may be too high for budget-conscious consumers

As Advertised for my opinion

I use this bag to transport my DSLR camera. It has a couple of pockets to hold zip drives and cords and comfortable carrying straps. A great value.

Pros
  • The RooCASE DSLR Camera Shoulder Bag is incredibly durable and protective, ensuring that your camera stays safe and secure even in the roughest of conditions
Cons
  • The bag may be too bulky to use as a carry-on item for flights

Great DSLR Backpack!

Great DSLR backpack. I've been using this a couple of months and it is perfect. Definitely protects my camera. I like the quick access on the side.

Pros
  • awesome!
Cons
  • The case may be too heavy to carry for long distances

A big and well built bag!

I just got this bag in the mail and I was not disappointed. I needed a case for my Nikon D750 and 28-300 zoom lens, which is a major chunk of hardware. This case fits it with room to spare. It appears to be well built and thoughtfully designed. It has plenty of pockets and it even has its own raincoat (a feature I'm unlikely to use, but who knows?). All that for 20 bucks! I love it when the solution to a problem turns up, neat and affordable.

Pros
  • Compatible with most DSLR / SLRs and hold up to 2 additional lenses
Cons
  • The case may not stand up on its own, making it difficult to use on uneven surfaces

Great idea but not very good quality

nice size and I really liked it but the quality is just not what it needs to be. I contacted the manufacture and sent pictures of how the stitching is coming apart where you put he camera in the top part. They have not responded to my emails and its been over 2 months

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • The bag may not fit in standard overhead compartments on airplanes

Nice Value in my review

Seems to be a good camera case. I like that it has both a latch and a zipper for the opening. I can use just the latch when I'm out shooting for quick access and zip it all up when I'm finished.

Pros
  • Padded shoulder strap for comfort. Camera compartment is fully padded and reinforced to safely carry your DSLR
Cons
  • The bag may not have enough pockets for small items like batteries or memory cards

I recently purchased the Roocase DSLR backpack and I love it. It's sturdy and we'll designed. The shoulder straps are super comfortable and was totally adjustable to fit my large 6'4 frame. The accessory compartment was large enough for me to fit my wireless lav, shotgun mic, cords, cables and a slew of other accessories. The camera compartment is large enough to house a vintage telephoto lens, my Nikon D5500, and multiple other lenses. It's also padded enough so that nothing moves around and I

Pros
  • Two removable, padded internal divider customize for personal preference
Cons
  • The bag may not fit all users, especially those with larger or smaller frames

Perfect backpack. good for me

This backpack is great quality with ample storage space. I really like the rain fly idea although I may not get much use from it. I would recommend this for anyone needing a quality backpack for their camera equipment.

Pros
  • YM-PICTO-SDR
Cons
  • The color of the bag may fade or become discolored over time

This backpack is awesome, worth every penny!

The backpack is amazing! It’s very ergonomic and smartly engineered, I couldn’t be happier. All 3 of my lenses fit, I have space for a drone and my laptop, and it’s the only bag I’ve ever seen that incorporates an attached waterproof protection liner!

Pros
  • Great little case for camera and 1 lense.
Cons
  • It may not fit all types of DSLR cameras

Great for my DJI Mavic Pro!

I'm not using this for a DSLR. This is for my Mavic Pro. The quality of this backpack is absolutely fantastic. The built in rain fly is great for worry-free use.

Pros
  • The bag's stylish design is perfect for both professional and amateur photographers alike, and its sleek black exterior is sure to impress
Cons
  • The bag may not offer enough customization options for users who want to personalize their equipment storage

Not as advertised: my feedback

This bag didn't come with the strap. The only reason I bought the bag was for the strap and now I have no use for it. I have a bag with a hand strap so I literally have no use for this without the shoulder strap.

Pros
  • 1.25 pounds
Cons
  • The exterior material may be prone to scratches or scuffs

I LOVE THIS BAG on my review.

I love this bag! Tons of room and padding to protect your DSLR and laptop. I love the waterproof cover! Amazing purchase!

Pros
  • Good bag. A bit bulkier than expected
Cons
  • Pretty cheaply made. Expected better quality but didn't pay much for it so it's ok.
