Compatibility problem solved

My classic MP3 has a memory expansion slot so I bought a fast 64GB card. restriction. Without jumping through hurdles (tools and partitions), the hardware fails to format the media or see the full capacity. So lesson learned, I get this slower smaller card and everyone is happy. Not a single complaint from my hardware or PC operating system.

It's a micro SD card and it works.

This is a micro SD card and it works as it should. At this price you shouldn't expect lightning speeds, it does what it's supposed to do and the price is also okay. Some will say that "a few years ago nobody heard of 16GB micro SD cards", and I would agree. In a few years, however, 16GB will seem like nothing. Because the ever-growing appetite for more data and storage space cannot be slowed down. At this point, I could easily talk about how ISPs are intentionally destroying the Internet by…

Worked a little but started making mistakes.

I bought a bunch of crappy USB sticks and SDHC/MicroSD cards off eBay to save a few bucks, so I went with a legitimate SanDisk MicroSDHC card from Revain instead. The card arrived quickly but from the start I had formatting issues on my Android 2.3.4 T-Mobile G2 phone. I ended up doing a low level format through Windows XP and the card worked fine. This went on for a few weeks, after which my latest photos/videos that I took or uploaded MP3 tracks were temporarily not displayed. After a hard…

Works well in my Motorola Defy XT smartphone

I received this product after reading many reviews. It seemed like I would have to roll the dice to determine if I was getting a good FMC and not a fake one. I was initially disappointed when I opened the package because it came in a horrible mini zip pack, not the OEM package I was expecting and with no card to attach to put in my computer cards SD slot could. I immediately decided to return it and was given an authorization number by Revain. After my frustration subsided, I decided to try the

Great value for money

I use this with an Archos 70 internet tablet and it works very well for what I use it for (music, movies, books and app storage). Is this the fastest micro SDHC option available? No, but it works exactly like a Class 2 card should. I don't understand the lower ratings based on write speed as you shouldn't expect this class 2 card to perform at class 6 levels. If you need faster speeds, you may want to consider buying a higher-end card (which will cost significantly more). In terms of actual…

Perfect 16GB Micro SD in original box

There's a lot of talk about fake SD cards these days and I DEFINITELY needed a real SanDisk 16GB so I wasted a stupid amount of time on it to decide which provider to go through. Most reviewers seem to get a good hand, but every time someone says "I have a fake," I cringe. Obviously, the responsibility for the quality and legitimacy of the product rests with the seller, but people RARELY mention which seller they went to for those "wonderful" or "terrible" deals. Surely that would be helpful…

These cards don't even work in their own Sansa/Sandisk products.

I bought two of these to increase the capacity of two different Sansa/Sandisk MP3 players. All in all I tried these cards in 4 Sansa/Sandisk MP3 players before I was done. None of the microcards worked in any of the 4 Sansa/Sandisk players no matter what settings were made. Went online to the sandisk site and no information helped. Couldn't even check with Sandisk before or after purchase which card would work best for my purpose, so I tried this "Hail Mary" attempt, that's how poor Sandisk's…

Works great for memory cards

I bought these to replace the 2GB card in my HTC EVO Shift. Bought mine at BoBOtechnic for $26. Reads a little less than 16 GB. It passes data transfer tests from free online test programs. Also, I have 8GB of songs on it and it works great. Android folders are auto-populated and there is no performance hit when accessing data from the card (at least I can tell). I like it, I have a lot of music on it (not almost my entire collection but quite a bit) for the car or something. Very easy to use…

Ordered class 2, received class 4 - good cards.

I bought 2 of these cards from eTECH but received class 4 cards instead of class 2. I can't fault the seller for thinking it was just an upgrade, since the class rating doesn't account for random small block writes (which was relatively good for both cards), but this spec might be important if you're upgrading your OS from a real card run (Nook Color CM7 with SD etc.). The tests are listed below for each card and were run using an internal card reader connected to my mobile device via USB…
