Initial thoughts: I have worn it two days in a row now. The material is great. The zipper seems to be holding up. I did not sweat as much as i expected the first time. Though the second time around I decided to wear it while I did my daily workout. Im very happy with the amount of sweat it caused me to produce. Technically I had to beg a 2x for my measurements so I ordered a 2x and 3x and they where too small for me. Returned them and got a 4x. The 4x zips up with a struggle but I can get it on. At first I was thinking of getting just a support belt but I have had the experience of them rolling down or up, so I decided to chose this item instead, the biggest reason was because I saw that it was long enough to go all the way down under my mid line. I realized I have to put it on without unzipping it. Then to take it off, then I unzip it. Its easier that way and the 3XL did fit. I use it to workout in the morning and it works great. First off I think it is a great concept and the material quality is very good.However, upon putting the vest on it took 6 tries to get the zipper to actually work.Another concern that I have is the fit. I have a 34 inch waste, and am 6' 185 lbs and the Large which is recommended is loose. Therefore, I don't believe I received the full benefit of the vest in my spin class and sauna.A medium with a better zipper may be all that I need.

Decided since women out here with waist trainers I was like "maybe it’s some for men”. Found this & thought it would help when I’m working out & kinda quicken the results. I love it. Keeps everything in place, snug & compressed. I wish I would of gotten a smaller size (I like it spandex tight) but it fits great.

Got the 2XL size in this- I'm 6 foot 2 and 265 pounds and this size fits well. I bench 300+ and lift free weights 5-6 days a week, but I have about 25 pounds of belly fat I'm trying to lose. I did a lot a research on waist trainers and vest. I previously used a velcro waist trainer, but the velcro didn’t last long and wouldn’t stick. I really like the zipper with this vest. It fits great and confirms to your body. I can feel it working right away. It makes me sweat within 5 minutes of having it on. I would highly recommend this product!
