30K is my first motorcycle communicator from Sena I've always had Cardos in the past and I really wish I could stick with them 30K is total bullshit, keeps disconnecting from my music via Bluetooth When I'm riding alone and when I'm in a group I can't talk because the static is driving the other riders in the group crazy. I have the latest firmware 2.0 and that is GARBAGE!

I'm disappointed in this company. I have tried 3 different models of their product including this "flagship" model. The mesh connection sounds good and I would like some range. But none of their functions work. Bluetooth pairing is fuzzy. The music sounds terrible. The volume is low. where to start And the fact that when I call support, a bunch of young girls from the Philippines answer my tech questions? I'm sorry Senya, you suck!

Don't know why people were complaining about 30K? I have 20S and 30K. The mesh button next to the antenna, which allows you to easily connect with other 30,000 friends, auto-search / connect and drop less up to 16 people. But when you connect with other Sena 10 and 20, it lowers the level to connect only 4 or 8 people can't use the network and so easily fail. So most of my friends have upgraded to the 30K grid. This is my first communication I have ever used on my motorcycle but I have to say I am impressed. The sound quality is excellent. Haven't tested it for a mile yet, but it worked great over a quarter mile. My wife and I made the 600 mile trip from home up the mountains and Devil's Highway US666 (now 191). Well for the money you are paying for this I personally don't think it's worth it. I can't hear music at maximum volume above 50-55 mph. Bluetooth communications are difficult to hear even at higher speeds, but you should be fine with 0-75. the bluetooth is not so easy to use to establish a connection, but it works. My husband and I recently bought a Can Am Spyder and after our first ride I realized we needed a communication system to keep in touch while driving. I bought the Sena 30K because at the time the price was about the same as the Sena 20. I thought there were features we didn't need but why not for the price. Installation was very easy.
