I like that this software is easy for my staff member who are not computer savvy at all as well of being able to make changes easily when needed without relying too much in one person's brain power alone (which can be difficult with some employees). I like the ease of scheduling appointments with it being accessible through my computer, phone or tablet. It's a great way for me to keep track of all of my clients. The only thing that I dislike is how sometimes when you're in an appointment, they have you scroll back up to see where you were at. Sometimes it takes a minute before it shows up.
