All parts fit together well. However, the adjustment knob didn't work, so the top tray is now always in the down position. It won't stay.

Product works great and great price. The only problem is the instruction manual. The images are of such low resolution that you can see almost everything. I had to search the internet for videos to understand it.

It is very difficult to find exactly the parts that are suitable for a dishwasher. They have specific model numbers and they fit. Not only that, they're much better quality than crappy original parts and will last a long time. for many years.

This was a quick and easy installation with a replacement that was better constructed than the original part. It's sad that Whirlpool has gone from a once-high-quality home appliance manufacturer to an inferior manufacturer. Installation took about twenty minutes.

The instructions in the box were vague and unusable. YouTube Help. Built in, and the rake keeps dropping to a minimum. That's fine if your dinner plates are 20cm wide, but otherwise they'll block the top wash arm of the basket. Will be refunded if seller is unable to provide an acceptable replacement

The included instructions were difficult to read but a little YouTube search yielded lots of results on making videos. The replacement was very easy to install. The only problem was, on the one hand, that the problem does not seem to be blocked when the rack is in the upper position. Otherwise it's not bad, especially compared to the $50 OEM replacement.

This was a simple and inexpensive solution. At first I was afraid it wouldn't fit in my dishwasher. But it was. I didn't even read the instructions that came with it, instead I looked at the Whirlpool W10712394 W10195416 Dishwasher Adjuster under the accompanying product video. I gave it a 4 for durability because the height adjustment feels a little flimsy. But overall the product fixed my broken one and after watching the video it was so easy anyone can do it.

Five stars for the price. Installation is not that difficult if you follow a YouTube video for a similar product. The only tricky part is getting the height adjustment part right. Luckily, that sorted itself out on the one hand. So it was easy for the other side to figure it out when I saw it wasn't working. Conclusion (and what I like): This product works and solves a real problem like the dishwasher top basket wheels broke, and now I can change wheels and use the top shelf again, and it's very economical too.
