Vinyl does not require mirroring

This is htv only which does not flip and requires a special transfer tape which is not included but not mentioned. No other htv needs it. Wasted two sheets of vinyl Update: They sent me a replacement and I was able to finish what I needed worked better

Pros
  • Quality build
Cons
  • There are cons

Didn't like it at all!

I didn't like this vinyl. Most of the htv you have is a mirror image. And then the patterned piece was placed upside down on the plastic piece, even if you didn't mirror the image. Nobody wants to remove the vinyl from a plastic part to make it work. They didn't have any instructions back then to let you know how to use it any other way. I thought my blade wouldn't work on my car, finally found out after wasting two pieces of vinyl.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons

Read the instructions before buying and using!

I want to read reviews before buying. The reason it's cheaper than a Siser roll in the same print is because of you. You need to buy thermal transfer paper to use it. It's not like other heat transfers, you have to cut it without specular reflection. I still used an everyday flat iron to set it up and it weeded out very easily. I then used thermal transfer paper to smooth it onto the fabric. You cannot use regular transfer tape as it will melt

Pros
  • I like everything so far

Don't buy this.

This is terrible. No backing sheet is provided, so place it on your mat with the nice side up, cut it out (no mirror image), etch it, then you need to put carbon paper on it and stick it on your item. You then need to carefully stick it onto the product without wrinkling the vinyl and remove the transfer paper without tearing the vinyl. Then once it's secured slightly, press as usual. Such a pain in the ass. I had to redo 3 letters because it was such a headache and they were torn or warped.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Frustrating on first use

I figured I would have to change the blade or buy regular vinyl instead of ironing, so I read more about football print vinyl and learned that it cuts properly side up must become. and not mirrored like any other iron on vinyl. A warning on the back or somewhere prominent would be helpful and I wouldn't waste my first sheet. I only learned how to use this particular product from the comments on the review. In the end it turned out great but it was a shame I wasted my time and money on this as I

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Short instructions

Difference from regular HTV

So this is no ordinary HTV. But after playing with it for a while and pulling my hair out, it wasn't a total waste of time either. Remove the vinyl you want to cut from the plastic sheet it's attached to and place it on a grill mat or whatever you're using to cut. DO NOT CUT MIRROR. I cut out the shapes I wanted on the mat and then weed them directly onto the cricket mat. You can use contact paper or Cricut transfer paper to peel it off the mat in one piece and then place it on your shirt or…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
