I don't like ScanDisk

I only buy Sony memory cards. I don't like ScanDisk. For some reason they don't all work with my laptop. Or what appears on my screen is unclear or something *** This Sony and four other friends of mine go straight to my laptop and I can download right away without having to follow instructions or anything like that * I have to recommend all Sony related products computers. and I don't work for Sony.

DO NOT use in cold weather.

Use for about a month. So far, so good. I have to update my review for today (January 17, 2018). I rarely use this card, but recently my other SD card failed in COLD weather. So I'm starting to use it again in my wildlife chamber. This product will NOT work in cold weather which is very disappointing. If the temperature reaches -1 or -2 F, nothing will be recorded. I very often check the batteries in the camera and my fresh batteries (taken on Lexar Prof, not in this article - SONY), as well as

Don't buy - it's too easy to get corrupt!

I bought a couple of these for about a year when they were $8 off Revain. I thought I was getting Sony quality. It looked like the original Sony box. Not right. I already had 3 cards that got damaged. Luckily when I travel every few days I take my cards out of my Olympus camera and copy them to my computer (yes, I leave the write-protect tab off before putting them in my computer) so I've only lost a few shots. No problem in the same camera with PNY or Transcend cards. I agree that cheap memory

Good memory card, I had no problems with my DSLR

I've used a lot of different SD cards and these Sony cards really are perfect for the price. I've used this in my cameras with a CF adapter and haven't had any problems. Read/write speeds aren't exactly 70Mbps, but they're good enough for any SLR setup. I haven't made any videos with it so YMMV with it. I know that video requires quite a lot of bandwidth. The only "problem" I had with this card is the "lock" switch. When inserted into the CF adapter it sometimes turns on the lock switch and I…

That's all I need for a while.

There seems to be a lot of misunderstandings about SD cards, categories and write speeds. Like everything else in photography, manufacturers try to sell us bulk. The days of 10 megapixel cameras are long gone. These days a new camera MUST be over 18 megapixels to be considered good value! The same with SD cards. If it's not 128 megabits and 200 download bits, it's not an SD card. Should be the biggest, best and fastest right? In truth, these fast cards (SDXC) are primarily designed for video…

Great map but too many options.

I love Sony memory products and this 32GB memory card lives up to its reputation. It was purchased by my wife for use in her new "soap box" camera and can store over 1500 images and 2 hours of video. .The writing speed is fast enough to handle the high shutter speed of my Pentax DSLR. If I didn't already have 64GB cards, I would go with them. In terms of practicality, they're probably too big for their purposes. Pros recommend taking several smaller cards with you in case the card fails. Losing
