The product worked when I first got it and when I tried it a few days later I couldn't make it run Was on holiday and didn't have time to see if I could return it but was unhappy I didn't have it for travel.

I just received this disc and was a little worried by the reviews but it really is amazing and especially if you have good headphones for it don't rely on the ones that come with it. If you have good ones Add headphones and you really have great sound, a good product to be expected from Sony

The Discman I bought is in excellent condition, plays CDs well and sounds great. The only problem I had is that the battery doesn't last very long; I've experienced battery drain after playing up to four CDs, unlike players that played up to 15 CDs before the batteries died.

Everything Sony put on this disc works perfectly. The buttons are marked black, the same color as the case and the buttons themselves. This makes buttons very difficult to work with. Also, there is no way to redo the entire disk. It will repeat one song (who does that?), but it can't repeat the entire disc. The rest of the block works perfectly.

The packaging was bad. It looked like old stock. I didn't open it and send it back because I wasn't sure if it was genuine. Seller was XTRA Mile Sales. They were kind enough to return the money quickly after receiving the product. Thanks to this experience. I would not buy XTRA Mile Sales products. I have had very good luck with most Amazon sellers. SOnyStyle., and it was cheaper.

I bought this to replace my old Panasonic SL-SX430 which eventually broke after years on the road. The SL-SX430 had a battery life of up to 85 hours with two AA batteries! It never cracked, played every MP3 CD I made at home, and was a great player for the $50 I paid for it in 2003.
