I prefer Sony best in Computers and Accessories

I like Sony cards more than others. The speeds are consistent and I'm shooting 4K at most and that's more than enough. I'm sure you can spend more, but if you want a solid card at a good price this is the one for you.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Piggy bank price

Great SD card for memory cards

Wanted to try something other than Sandisk and this will be my first UHS-II card to use. Sony's proprietary SD card reader (mrw-s1) to get full SD card speed. If there are any problems, we will contact you.

Just a few months after purchase the card died in my Canon EOS R

After using this card for a few months I started shooting videos with my Canon EOS R. All of a sudden, the camera reported a card error. I couldn't format the card. Later I tried to format the card with Windows 10 and the card was not recognized. I touched the card and it felt hot. Does the card seem to have some hardware error? Despite repeated attempts, neither my Windows laptop nor my camera recognizes or reformats the card. Sony support is very slow to respond and seems to indicate that…

Compatible with GH5 C4K 400 Mbps - perfect!

I mainly shoot in 4K 60P, but I wanted to use a card that supports 400Mbps C4K in the future. I received four cards (256GB) for two of my GH5s. The card works as expected. Recording time with 256GB = 1 hour 23 minutes at C4K (400 Mbps), 3 hours 43 minutes at 4k 60P (150 Mbps). Just for fun I took some RAW photos at 12fps and there was no glitches at 100 photos. This is a truly amazing card for the price! Update: 10/16/2020 All 4 cards still work perfectly, I had no problems. Don't jump on the…

The card died after a week of use

Bought for Sony A7s III. For a couple of days, the footage and photos took ok, and then one day while recording the video, an error occurred that was not recognized. Heartbreaking as I used it on vacation with family and friends and had some really great moments before this thing broke. The only thing I could attribute to the problem is that the camera was taken outside from an air conditioned room on a hot summer day, but that shouldn't be a reason for rejection anyway. I switched to a Sandisk

Pros
  • While I was satisfied

  • I will write later
