Difficult to read scale. a bit expensive

Good product but the scale is difficult to read and discolours over time. Quite expensive. There must be a better and cheaper alternative

Pros
  • Measuring and marking tools
Cons
  • Only available in white

Precision tooling that's standard

Starrett's squares are the best squares available in the business. Professional woodworking teachers and teachers say that Starts is the best and most accurate square.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • I don't remember

I'm always happy when I can buy the best of everything.

I'm always happy when I can buy the best and this is no exception. I have a cheap combo square that I've used to adjust the height of some cornhole boxes, but it kept slipping. Not so with this one, it's a quality tool.

Pros
  • carpenter's square
Cons
  • doubt
