The dashboard is very easy to use, and the product is very user friendly. The customer service is also very helpful, and they are always willing to help. The integration between our EMR software (Epic) was seamless allowing us access into other areas such as billing without any issues or glitches! I like that it allows me to do my billing and coding as well as my financials all within one place. It also has a great interface so it's easy to navigate. The program itself is very intuitive. I have not run into any issues with the software at this time. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major. It's worth checking out. StrataJazz is easy to implement, and most of the modules are intuitive. I like the ability to use the system without a ton of training. Easy access from desktop or mobile devices - all data can be easily shared between physicians & nurses alike without having any special software installed! No need also have separate accounts/logins created just yet another way this product really works well!!
