The ability to view all of our data in one place, as well as filter by date range and account is really helpful. Also being able to download reports into pdf format is great! I wish that there was an option to create a report with all of our data that would be easier for us to access than going through each individual account. The platform is very easy to use, it doesn't get confused easily or require any training for users in order not have them feel like they are having their hands tied as an administrator trying hard with limited resources (i know this may sound funny but its true). Also I love how all of my employees can see what other people do without needing access credentials from me - which has been great since i work remotely sometimes!
