The ability to send messages back & forth between customers, employees and suppliers in real time! I love that it allows me to keep track of all my orders in one place, as well as see what customers are looking at online from their phones or computers! It's also great because you can add pictures right into your account which helps with customer service when they have questions about an order/product line etc..
