Description of Tatvam

Tatvam is a customer feedback analysis product that uses Machine Learning and AI to analyze all your guest feedback comments (online reviews, email surveys, support emails, etc.) and immediately show you what your guests are saying and how they feel about any specific area of your organization. This means you can see how guests feel about the food, the wifi, a specific ride, exhibit or event, or anything else you wish to investigate - without having guests fill out a 100 question survey!

Great tool that helps both employee and employer

The best part was it's ability for us as an agency/company owner or manager to see everything we were doing wrong in our business from day one! It also gave me insight into my team members' strengths & weaknesses which helped tremendously with hiring decisions going forward - I wish there had been more features available at launch but now have no complaints other than maybe being able to search by location? We needed something like this when starting up so not only could employees easily give…

  • Allows you great insights about your work environment (managers) along w employee feedbacks that are important metrics used during yearly reviews.
  • Not just sales staff ,but everyone..not sure why they didnt go further down market before launching new product offering !!!! Just think how much valuable info would come out via surveys etc...Not really seeing any real

Tatvam - Good platform/service overall

I like everything about Tatvam - it's easy to use and has lots of features. The team at Tatvam always answers my questions quickly and effectively. Sometimes we struggle getting an issue resolved with their support team, but generally I'm happy with their services. A few times I've had issues where I needed a custom feature added by the developer, but couldn't get it done in time for me. They work hard to accommodate our needs and make sure we're satisfied, which is very important to us. We…
