I loved all of their features, they made it easy to navigate through booking multiple hotels at once (which was very important because we had so many). They were great in terms or customer service as well- always willing/able answer any questions that you may have with them via phone call / email etc.- also super responsive when there are issues within your account like if someone else booked into one hotel room without asking permission first which then caused other bookings not being able…

I enjoy that it's easy to use, so everyone can benefit from its features without having much training or knowledge of computers/internet required (it has all been made user friendly). It helps me manage my trips better than any other software out there. I like the ability to see my booking history in one place. It is easy to navigate and the customer service is great. I like the ability to have all of my reservations in one place. The booking engine is also easy to use. I dislike having to use the phone to speak with a customer service representative. I wish that was an option.
