GOT THESE 5 STARS EXCEPT THE CHIP IS LOCATED IN THE MAIN CONTROL UNIT AND HAVE TO REMOVE THE SEAT TO ACCESS IT. THE RADIO/RECORD SWITCH MUST BE ON.

Advantages: Beautiful and compact, great picture, easy to install. Good customer service. Cons: m1 has no cloud service, I can't connect via hotspot. The cable for the fuse is too thin, I'm afraid it can get stuck in the battery compartment and break.

The system is installed but can't get the rear camera to work. The front camera turns on in the application after several connection attempts, but does not record. I prefer a full refund but it's a given and I'm pretty sure the seller won't consider a refund. No help from seller's website.

The camera works well. However, the dual camera mounts were very inadequate as they are mostly glued on. You'd better place them correctly the first time. If you don't, you'll need to order replacement mounts from another company, as Thinkware doesn't sell mounts for their cameras. If I had known that, I would have gone to another company for my cameras.

**Update** A little less than a year later the rear mount failed, the tape literally came off in the middle, one side was still stuck to the fender and the other side stuck to the bracket.
