So after having these for over a year now, I finally (by accident) figured out why they randomly turn on/off on their own. It's my cellphone! I had ordered three of these lights before and needed a fourth one because one was not very sensitive to touch. The others I can turn on/off by touching any place on the light. The one I received in the shipment was different. It had a red light at one end of the fixture, and that's where I needed to touch it. The seller advertises this cord as being 6.56ft (78") which was the primary reason I bought it over its competitors. All competitors' were less than 5ft, so with this extra length I would not need to use an extension cord where I wanted it installed. As you can see in the photograph I've uploaded, however, the cord I received with this product is also less than 5ft (only 58") which made all the difference in where I wanted to install it. This is a bright under cabinet light. The dimmable aspect is quite sensitive when makeing adjustments but works well. Overall I love this light and the fixture functions as well as it's described.

It is very light and smaller than I expected, which is great if it works well. However, getting it to stick was an issue. The sticky tabs to use just were not adhering well to underneath my cabinets. I didn't want to screw them in as that'd go right through with a hole into my cabinet. So I ended up using a glue to hold this in place. Howe

Be careful , the brackets are very thin and sharp . After putting them up the lamp would clamp in properly . So we used something else to hold them under the cabinet. The lamp itself is very small and slim. Wish I had invested is something bigger.

You only have to touch the light to turn it on and off. The extension cord was definitely needed, so we're glad we purchased it.

Works really well. I have it placed under the cabinet that is over top of the sink to allow for more light when cleaning dishes. Granted my kids seem not to use it, so when they wash them they are still dirty. smh

AMENDED MARCH! I missed the fact that it is SOO EASY TO SHUT OFF BY LT TOUCH ON SIDE [IN A PLACE?] JUST GENTLE TOUCH THE SIDE. EASY PEASY.END OF AMENDED. Wondering about removing the stick-ons? The light came on time and is bright enough, but it wasn't that easy to fasten the metal clips under the counter. My wife loves the light once I got it installed under the shelf by her desk.

Perfect for under the cabinet lighting that I needed for my smallish kitchen. My only issue is that the touch on/off switch is very "touchy" and sometimes I've switched the lights off before I've finished moving my hand away from switching them on. It would also be nice if they came with a remote, especially since I bought 3 in total and would love to be able to turn them all on at once.
