Facilitates Half Square Triangles

I made a snake quilt for my grandnephew who needed a large batch of half square triangles. I would probably still be sewing a quilt if it weren't for these dainty, easy-to-sew patterns. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Requires Base

Love it - fast and accurate

Fantastic! You cut the fabric 9 inches wide and you can make 40 half-square triangles out of it. I was so happy that my quilt would be made quickly, but unfortunately I still have many pieces of flying geese, and that's a lot. more time is needed

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Without automatic controls

Love this product

I know there are ways to make half square triangles without a paper template, but having used this product for the past few years, I'd rather do better. Paper tears easily when using a 90 gauge needle and fine stitch. I like fine stitches because I always smooth the seams and not the sides. I've never had a problem with a seam unraveling. I always use thin yarn - for example size 50W. A thinner thread reduces the volume that small stitches give you.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged
