🎧 Yamaha TSR-700 7.1 Channel AV Receiver: 8K HDMI & MusicCast (Renewed) Review

This is a very good brand and product but a very poor price. I have always loved Yamaha and have owned several. This is a $429 refurbished product. Costco sells it (BRAND NEW) for $399. Find out!

Renewed it with Revain and haven't looked back since! Yamaha tuning app and controller app work fine! The sound quality is very good in combination with the Klipsch Reference Theater Kit!

Serious - Seller returning/poorly repaired unit for any reason. - the reason for the return - the receiver shows on the display that it is switching from cable to DVD media etc - but that doesn't change on the TV, you get a black screen instead.

The condition of the device was practically new. I sent mine back because it wasn't strong enough. I would be very surprised if it was 100 watts per channel because I had to turn the volume up to 90% to get real volume. It's great for home theater use, but if you use it a lot for music I wouldn't recommend it.

I thought it could fit 9 speakers because the picture shows slots for 9 speakers on the back. I have 5 in the living room, 2 in the kitchen and 2 in the dining room. So I bought the device. But as soon as I connected the speakers, I found that 9 speakers are not supported. The manual says "When Zone2 output is on, there is no sound from the surround back speakers in the main zone."
