True to size but not as warm

I bought the gray one with small print and it's pretty good so I ordered the white one and it seems to be thinner. I don't know exactly, I'll wash and dry it, see if anything changes. Giving 4 stars because it seems thinner. It's not that warm. Because he breathes the COOL Hawaiian breeze that flows through him. Not as warm as the Rival fleece joggers I bought.

Pros
  • He is very fit. I love it but wish I had ordered XL. I'm 5'10" and 195 pounds. It would be perfect.
Cons
  • Not worth the price that won't keep you warm in cold weather.

Nice fabric though. the best in my rating

But it doesn't work very well. I'm just a little overweight, but this shirt is too tight for a size XXL. This size usually leaves me extra space. So if you're not a skinny type, try one size up!).

Pros
  • Very warm for hunting, cold weather running as a base layer. Don't overheat, which is great for layering.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

The neck is a bit tense

My only complaint is that the neck is tight and doesn't stretch when I go over my head like my other thicker cold gear tops do.

Pros
  • A bit on the expensive side, but it does what it advertises.
Cons
  • A tight fit can restrict movement during exercise

Quality product in my opinion

I bought this shirt as an overlay for my golf suit. It fits perfectly and keeps you warm on cool mornings. Definitely recommend.

Pros
  • for training, comfort, fits well, warms well
Cons
  • May itch when worn

Perfect last review

I've bought cheap ones in the past because I figured it didn't matter, but they've all failed and I've spent more on them than just going and buying this one. Fits perfectly, keeps you warm and unlike others, the size stays the same after washing. I should have done this from the start and I could have avoided the hassle and wasted time - it's perfect for layering or single layers for workouts.

Pros
  • My husband loves this. It was nice and thick.
Cons
  • May cause discomfort when lifting weights or other heavy lifting activities.

Ideal for winter sports

My husband and I both use. We play pickleball outside in Rhode Island all winter and this is the perfect underwear to wear over it. It's a bit big for me, but that doesn't bother me. We have 4 of these so there's always a clean one and we don't have to fight over them!

Pros
  • Play golf in it in cold weather.
Cons
  • Not suitable for warmer weather

Husbands love it! in my rating

Bought for my husband. He loves to! We like Cold Gear tank tops and leggings more than we do Nike. Always a good buy! Expensive compared to other options.

Pros
  • Layer it up when it's cold. Fits as expected. Good value for money. Well done.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other options

Good buy for me

I wear it under my work clothes. Warm and cozy. Bought two more since they went on sale. Tight fit but no compression Use this for biking in the winter, and it does the job. Is more form fitting than compression..

Pros
  • Use it for cycling in winter and it does its job perfectly. More conformable than compression.
Cons
  • White color can be easily dyed

Amazing isolation in my opinion.

I wear them as a base layer over a sweat-wicking t-shirt and under a fleece sweatshirt for softball. Tonight it was 40 and windy and I was fine. Good product.

Pros
  • I liked it so much that I bought more and also bought the women's version for my wife who loves her.
Cons
  • Not suitable for people with a large physique.

A decent base layer in my rating.

They are more comfortable than before but still feel uncomfortable. Very warm but also more like a turtleneck than it looks in the photo.

Pros
  • If you order a fitted shirt under the armor, I recommend going up a size
Cons
  • Material not very breathable

This shirt is awesome!

Played golf at Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill, Spanish Bay and Del Monte in December. All of these places are near Monterey, California, and that was every day in the 40's. Have played golf in this shirt and had no restrictions on movement, wore a regular short sleeve golf shirt on the outside and was warm when opening the shirt. I will buy this again!

Pros
  • My husband wears cold clothes under his armor all winter because he works outside. He said they were perfect and the price was great.
Cons
  • Not suitable for layering due to narrow fit.

It's hard to tell exactly what the UA level is without a decoder ring, but a good baseline. Maybe suitable for outdoor sports in cold weather. Looks good and sits well. Warm enough to wear as a casual shirt with a vest over it on a 40-45 degree day. Durable and lasts.

Pros
  • JST friend loves it... wore it for a few days because he liked it so much
Cons
  • Cannot provide enough heat in extremely cold temperatures

Nothing like that!

These are my favorite shirts! I've never worn another shirt that doesn't make me sweat but keeps me warm even on very cold days! I wear them under my uniform. Doesn't absorb odors either. Good product!

Pros
  • Fits great and the logos on the neckline are beautiful.
Cons
  • Amazing quality but buy one size bigger than you are because it won't fit you.

Does its job well.

I work in the freezer and this is a fantastic base layer that keeps me warm throughout my 10 hour shift. Usually when I go out I feel so comfortable that I wear them almost all day without overheating. If you're going to be working in the cold for any length of time, you can't go wrong with this or any other HeatGear device.

Pros
  • My husband was very happy to wear this shirt to work outdoors. Not bulky like other insulated briefs.
Cons
  • Not suitable for people who prefer loose clothing.

Great product in my review.

Excellent quality. I took him one size up as he doesn't like a tight fit. Great material and great color in navy blue. I highly recommend! Great under a sweater.

Pros
  • Simply
Cons
  • Too much tension can leave marks on the skin.

Most comfortable in cool weather

Fits great although I bought another one in a different color and it's a bit small. Good training clothes, which I now prefer to the Nike brand.

Pros
  • I have several of these and wear them as a first layer when cycling in winter. I love her.
Cons
  • Incorrect description, this is not a compression fit, this is a fitted t-shirt, not a compression garment.

Good jersey in my rating

I bought this product for my teenage son to wear under his football shirt in winter. He is fat, but he can move freely. It warmed him.

Pros
  • I have a female version and I love it for its warmth. So I gifted it to my husband and he loves it too!
Cons
  • Not ideal for outdoor activities in very cold weather

From sluggish to amazing!: my rating

Fits just right, a bit long in length and sleeves but I'm a bit chunky so I upsized. Makes a great base layer in cold weather or to show off a toned physique. Just long enough so you don't show your bare stomach. I like the collar because it keeps my neck nice and warm. Great stretch to feel toned and shape flabby tummies. I highly recommend and have bought three. Only downside is the smell - I caught it with a slight cigarette smell and I can't wash it off even with scented fabric softener.

Pros
  • Fits as expected. Keeps me warm as a base layer. The fabric was of good quality. Would buy again.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with a long torso.

Cozy warm, NOT HOT!

I am not disappointed with this product having used UA before. but they weren't compressive, but they weren't baggy either. Now the right trousers? Now they were definitely "compressing"!

Pros
  • I wear them under my work shirts and they do a great job of keeping the sweat off my skin. Highly recommended
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with thick hands

Great for cold weather

I use this under a referee shirt to referee football in cold weather. It's a bit big but my goodness it'll keep you warm on chilly Friday nights!

Pros
  • love it
Cons
  • May cause skin irritation in people with sensitive skin
