Worth the money! on my review.

This was very easy to install and connects easily to the battery. I recommend a bag or case for extra protection from the elements. Perfect height for my setup. No issues so far and we've been out on 5 trips with it.

Very nice for the price .

Would have gotten 5 stars but the rubber protector for the up down button came off after just a few uses. That's my feedback.

Apparently not water resistant

So I bought this and was pretty easy to install. Used once just fine. Second time, the switch had to be wiggled for a bit to push the trailer up. Third time, after some rain, it won't go up at all. I'm very disappointed and my return window just expired. I would say avoid this item. I feel like I just lost my money.

Under rated. - my new review

I had to return the item it looks nice and was easy to install. But would not lift trailer. I have a 2000lb one on my trailer that didn’t have any problems lifting my trailer. This one is under rated.

Works great. good for me

Works great but my switches are reversed so up is down and down is up. I plan to fix that sometime soon. The other thing that I would have liked would be a main shut off switch so it doesn't try to work as I'm driving down the road. They could have achieved that in this product just by up trading the light switch and wiring it through that way.

Electric Trailer Jack

Jack works, light doesn't work and I think their quality control is nonexistent. The switch they use is crap. I had to replace both switches, light and jack Controls. The jack itself is good. I find it disappointing that the company couldn't put in good switches

Easiest jack ever to install

As per instructions black wire to battery direct and white to ground direct. Used a battery not wired into trailer lights. I did hook red battery charge to trailer battery thought. So far everything is working. Will give update if problems arise.

Down only - no up. in my review

Installed easily and is just what I wanted - but it only worked BOTH directions for one day. Now, goes down okay but won't go up - like the electrical connection just snapped or something. All wiring appears intact but it will only go one way (hand cranks easily, but that is not what I bought it for)

Up/down switch quit working after 2nd time out. Contacted ebay customer svc. Replaced within one week, thanks That's my review.
