This was my first experience with Verbatim DVD-R and I played through the 10 discs with no problems. The filmstrip theme looks great - the only problem is that it doesn't leave you much room to shoot. For this reason I'm switching to regular silver Verbatim discs, but the quality of these discs seems to be very good. Let's face it, a lot of people buy these CDs just because they look cool. But not only do they look cool, they perform better than any discs I've used before. I've used over 100 of these discs and never burned the coasters. The same is true for none of the Sony, Memorex, Gigaware, TDK or similar drives I've tried. I love these DVDs. I've seen her before and was so glad I found her again. The old Movie Reel look is pretty neat. I'm fed up with the standard blank label. it makes everyone smile when they see it.

I have both the old recorder and the new one. However, there is nothing wrong with my old recorder, except that I found blank 8X DVD-Rs. The bad news is that the package only comes with 10 DVDs. I wish they were in Verbatim 100 packs. Recently I bought them from another seller for $3.99 for a 10 pack. I wish you could match her price.
