It's easy to use and has all the features that a company needs to organize, store, and manage information. I like that it's easy to use and allows me to create multiple different types of reports. We have used this software since 2010 to manage documents related to business activities.It has multiple modules that are very helpful in document managment like Document Management module which helps us in storing and categorizing every document we need by making it easy for other users to retrieve them as well. I like that it's able to hold all my documents in one place so they are easily found when needed! The only thing i dislike about this program is there could be more options available within certain menus or categories (e-mail marketing). It has made keeping track much easier than using paper files which were scattered throughout multiple locations.
