Does the job it's made for.

Affordable and gets the job done. If you have a dish remover that uses a top plug and light switch to turn it on and off, be aware that you probably need to know a bit about electricity since you can't easily move the plugs. Other than that, it does what it's supposed to and is easy to assemble.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Hard to say

So far this has worked well.

I installed this chord on my new Kitchenaid dishwasher, it fits and works. The current of 15 amps is fine. The only thing I didn't like about this chord was the ends of the wires, which are soldered and reinforced with straight lines that are difficult to bend and wrap around the terminal stud. It would be nice if it came with cable lugs and I would give it 5 stars.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Some problems

Works as expected - tubing

I purchased this cable for actual use with a hood (fan and light). I wanted something longer than 3 feet and it worked great. I really like that the cord comes out of the top of the connector. That way the cable isn't perpendicular to the wall, you can move something away from the wall without bending the cable to the side.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Available in white only

Basic and it works in hoses

One of those stupid things you need to install a device. One of those stupid things that you don't have to pay much, much more money for. (Twice as expensive as anywhere else they sell appliances, for example.) Looked pretty solid. It's not really a wearing part so there's no real way to tell how durable it is unless I test it in 3-14 years when I replace the unit to see if it's become brittle or not so. Worked fine, seems fine. That's why I'm fine.

Heavy Duty 6 FT Cable

Excellent cable. There is a ring attached to the green wire so you can screw it into the ground portion of your device. Black and White are bare but with the ends soldered. I used this on my Broan Sahale BKSA130WW as I don't have an existing over the hob wiring system. The three prong wire is interesting and worked in my favor. On some cables, the grounding plug faces the rest of the cable. It has a ground pin on the end. (See image) Find one that suits your needs.

Plug-n-Wash fits hoses

Here is a 6ft cord to hook up your dishwasher. I've seen some previous comments on the caliber say the box says it's 16/3. So 16 AWG wire with black (line), white (neutral), and green ground terminals. The picture I've attached shows everything in the package, a connector, a 1/2 inch compression tie and some wire nuts. Easy connection. for 110v. A plug under the sink is preferable to a straight cord, in case the dishwasher needs servicing the technician can just crawl under the sink and turn it

  • weight

  • boring packaging

Double check if you need to buy this dishwasher with your new dishwasher

I bought a new Whirlpool dishwasher online and was trying to find a dishwasher installation kit at the Blue and Orange Home Center and none of them of them was. This should have been enough to verify that the water and power lines were on. The dishwasher was delivered to a remote cottage and the plumbing and this power cord were purchased from Revain just in case. Unfortunately, I didn't have a return window when the dishwasher was delivered. The dishwasher came with a water supply line, power…

Solid cord Best dishwasher accessory

A while ago a genius used an underrated 18G cord on the faucet in our house and it got dangerously hot when the heating element was on. We ended up replacing the wire along with other repairs and I'm glad I did as the ground wire was only hanging on one strand from the ground screw and offered little to no ground fault protection. My heating element has corroded and opened up, basically allowing water to come into contact with the inner conductor. I understand that there is a safety circuit on…

Everything is fine, but be careful

Replacement cable works perfectly. It was easy to install. The connector configuration worked for me, but be aware before you buy. It was an easy conversion for a dishwasher that used to be corded. See photos and comments. The photo shows: 1. What you get, right out of the box. Pay attention to the included cable clamp with three wire nuts.2. Well prepared wire ends. Pay attention to the ring for the ground wire.3. The dishwasher lay on its side for easy attachment of a new cord.4. Prong…
