I like that this tool allows me create an order in one click instead of having several steps with different modules for creating or editing orders which sometimes give you errors; it has helped us many times because we are using some 3rd party products whose integration requires some time (we're not working directly) so if there was something more intuitively organized than "this module opens then another" maybe could be better but overall all good! I like that it's easy for me to use because all of my previous experience in CAD/CAM software has been with AutoCAD so this program seems very familiar to me. The interface can be difficult at first but once you get used to everything, it makes sense. It also helps when troubleshooting issues if there are any during production or installation time as well. We have been able implement WO in all of my departments at different levels within one organization with ease! They are very easy for you as an end user/user adminstrator or service rep to use! I wish it had more customization options like how we can customize templates but other than that this software has made managing many projects so much easier!! I like how easy it was for me as an admin user who does not have access control over my own account page or any of those other areas that are so important when needing help with something in this product! The fact you can easily create multiple tabs at once makes things easier than having them separate files which would be more difficult if your team has many members but only one person needs their information accessed daily/weekly etc..
