I will give it 3 out of 5. Have used it since 2 years now and never had problems. They do have a little lag in replying tickets but it is ok. Some people will argue that they had massive hacks earlier so how can you say it is secured? So the answer is that those hacks were solely due to stolen credentials of users by phishing and kelogger viruses. If the end user keeps his/her credentials safe then they are almost secure.See full review
