I can not with an open heart recommended using this exchange until they become more transparent. They say they have nothing to hide and that the onus is on others to prove they are not honest actors, but either they are dodgy or they are just useless at PR and have not got ahead of this.

Pros

Technology seems sound. Didn’t actually have a problem using the site.

Cons

No accountant has yet agreed to release an audit of them as of May 2018 despite auditors being engaged to do so. Questions loom over the backing of tether which is meant to be a coin pegged to 1usd in value. The two parties are connected historically.
