- The dragonex platform architecture includes ISO/ICO_27001:2013 and CCSS security protocols.. For account security, dragonex offers SMS 2-factor authentication and Google Authenticator to verify withdrawals and security modifications. In order to verify an account, users must activate one of these features. However, only Chinese phone numbers are supported for SMS 2-factor authentication.
Cons
- Currently only Chinese phone numbers are supported for SMS 2-factor authentication which means traders from other countries cannot use this service which is a big blow for an exchange that accepts user's from all part of the world
