The score reflects the BAT and not the browser. The idea is intriguing and the lack of ads is nice. I have no interest in tipping publishers and the amount of BAT a user can earn in a year is negligible and alone is not compelling enough to use the browser. But the browser itself is good and is worth using without earning BAT.

Pros

The browser works well. It's intuitive and simple. The adblocker integration also works as expected. The browser is compelling enough to use without the lure of earning BAT.

Cons

At the moment the BAT can't be used for anything but tipping publishers. Users just have to trust that some day they can transfer their BATs away from the in-browser wallet. Additionally, the total amount a user can earn is negligible and not a compelling enough reason alone to switch browser.
