Pros
- Ethereum is a different crypto in a world full of clones. Ethereum is trying to do things differently with its smart contracts offering avenues for other ICOs and tokens to gain credibility and usability on the Ethereum network.
Cons
- POW/POS forks and network scaliablity seem to be an issue but I have high hope for the dev team
