Walked in to this branch to pay off my car, the banker told me to wait 5 minutes which turned into 15, when she finally finished with the customer she was helping and came out of her office, she told me she had to go help in the drive thru and that I would have to wait another 10-15 for another banker to show up. When I told her I didn't have time to wait ANOTHER 10-15 minutes she simply said, "we're open till 5" and just walked off. Worst customer service ever!!!Closed drive through early on Nov 6th 2019 drove across town with a screaming baby and the drive through was closed at 545 the phone message said it would be open until 6 completely ruined my whole night
