The most useful thing about this tool is that it allows you to organize all of your tasks in one place so they are easier to find when needed. I like how easy it was to set up since we were already using Google Apps for business accounts. It's also very intuitive once setup which made our team members comfortable with its use right away. The ease of use with multiple platforms is great! It's almost too easy. My team at my last job used this product in our daily workflow which made it very beneficial. I liked how simple it was to navigate through each platform as an admin so that we could access all employees easily without having to log them out or have different accounts.
