FYI. This ATM is GONE.

Walked in to this branch to pay off my car, the banker told me to wait 5 minutes which turned into 15, when she finally finished with the customer she was helping and came out of her office, she told me she had to go help in the drive thru and that I would have to wait another 10-15 for another banker to show up. When I told her I didn't have time to wait ANOTHER 10-15 minutes she simply said, "we're open till 5" and just walked off. Worst customer service ever!!!Closed drive through early on…

Chase Capital Partners - very rude people

Went in to open an account in which I was not successful due to the branch manager Kathy. She literally made a phone call and handed me the phone while I sorted out an issue and after that was completed just looked at me and stated good luck. I only use chase due to my grandparents but after todays experience I will keep my current bank.I’m currently sitting in the lobby of this bank. There are 8 people in line behind one teller. I need to speak to a business banker- but I don’t know if there…

Pros
  • Jumbo crush room
Cons
  • Good financial institution

They have some rude people working for them

I have been an on and off again account holder for years. Visiting not just this branch , but others here in Tulsa. I’m sad to have to give any establishment a poor review, but I also tell it like it is. This branch has treated me with a holier then thou attitude. As one other person said , rude and judgmental, with a smile. If a bank such as this one is trying to please it’s customers, this place falls extremely short. I have been giving this place a chance for far too long. They obviously…

Pros
  • Upright institution
Cons
  • they closed my account and stole all my money. dont trust them! my lawsuit is still pending.
  • These people do not answer their phone.

Rude management. No trouble with the other locations.

Sooooooo slow. Every time I go to the drive-thru I always have to wait 15 mins or more for a teller. Bad customer service. Would not recommend .Disappointed with them greatly. For personal reasons. Workers there are great. . . but Chase corporate only cares about big business.. the little guy and his money? It is expendable.Went to this branch at 9:30 am to have our absentee ballots notarized. There was not another customer in the bank. Were told it would be a few minutes because the notary was

Pros
  • Oversize concern
Cons
  • They DO NOT CARE about your time!

I opened a checking account with Chase Bank online.

I was the account holder at Chase Bank for a while and on 17.08.2020 I logged in, checked my salary and everything was fine. I went back to my account and saw that my account was locked. I just called their security department and they told me that it was closed due to the bank ID and that I would have to go to the branch and show 2 forms of ID. Chase Bank has never sent me anything in writing or in a secure message indicating that they require me to present this form of identification. I met…

Pros
  • Chase Bank officers spoke very well about how good Chase is as a bank.
Cons
  • Chase suddenly closed my account for fraud. No proof of this and all of my transactions were legitimate.
  • Then they canceled my account of my wife for no reason. No fraud there either.

Incredibly rude (with a smile) manager. I used to love this branch above all the other ones before her leadership. I won’t be back. BA branch is awesome! 61st and Lewis branch is awesome! All of the good people have left the branch at 41st and Yale for other branches. It’s too bad.Worst branch in the industry! Nobody is there to greet or direct you. The rest is history. Where did customer service go?tried calling all day to get appt even their svc center could not give a # to reach..bad cuts…

Pros
  • Great edifice

  • The slowest chase bank ever!

Like most chase banks in Tulsa this location has a non-operational atm.

Saved up change for three years brought it into deposit and was told I’m not allowed to deposit it, and to take it to the coin star at walmartI've complained multiple times about the scarcity of ATMs in Tulsa, but we finally moved to within a mile of this location only to find that the ATM is frequently out of service after hours. It's so frustrating considering how much the fees for using out-of-network ATMs are.Really great location but seems to always be short staffed even before COVID19…

Pros
  • Splendid structure
Cons
  • I abhor this bank. Can’t get a hold of them and they won’t let lose of my money!
  • Hour description says there is an open drive through on saturday.. . . There is no drive through

Chase Capital Partners

I absolutely adore the new ATM! It’s so much more efficient and has a beautiful color to it! Love that it will deposit up to 100 bills!Had such a smooth and wonderful experience today here. My husband and I were simply opening a second checking account and depositing money into both accounts and we were lucky enough to have Holly Ryan help us. She was and has continued to be very helpful all day with us. It was one of the most pleasant banking experiences I've had and I will definitely be going

Pros
  • Great friendly staff. Just need another teller!
Cons
  • Unpleasant affiliate
