It's easy enough for me to use myself (and our team uses it when we're not available), but also allows for collaboration with other translators in the same project. The fact that I can download subtitles in different languages, not just English makes it so much easier to watch content from all over the world without having to speak another language. It's also very easy to share links with my friends who don't know how to use DOTSUB. There are some small bugs here and there but nothing big enough to make me want to switch providers or platforms.
