The interface is very user-friendly and intuitive, so that even beginners can use it with ease. The customization options are great! I have had problems with some of the features not working as they should for me. For example, I am unable to create new pages in my project dashboard. This is because the feature works only if you are logged into the system as an admin. There are also other minor issues, but nothing major. The customization that goes into my dashboard is unmatched in other companies I have used before! Truly remarkable how much you can customize it with so many options for each area within your project plan or landscape architecture plans. Sometimes there are missing icons/options but they tend to update more quickly than what we've seen when using competitors products (like Trimble). As with almost all other providers it is more complicated than it should be or just plain too complex for our needs. We are looking at this as an add-on to another system that doesn't exist anymore - we have so much difficulty getting clients on board using what's currently available. So many options but still no simple way to see them available in Australia via their website when you can only search online. If they added functionality to list sites/options at least then we could do some work!
