Slack alternative in terms connecting your desktop app

I like that it integrates with slack which is very popular amongst our team members, as well we are able to share documents from cloud storage such google drive etc without having users download them first! It also has an option for internal mail but this didn't work out so great when trying to send emails internally within my own department (I have created multiple teams). The only downside i can think of right now would be if you're looking at using something else than email/slack…

Pros
  • This software makes communicating via text easy while allowing us access through various devices easily accessible in order not wasting time downloading files or installing external applications just simply by logging onto your dashboard.it's amazing how many times people forget passwords due to lackadaisical password management practices..this helps me stay ahead since each user gets assigned unique logins automatically generated according too what ever profile information pertaining about themselves exists already..all one

Fast and reliable service even during peak times

I like that this is an easy way to send out mass emails with little effort, it's very customizable as well! The support team has been great so far too; always available for quick questions/concerns when needed. It would be nice if you could create custom fields within each email instead of having templates (and therefore more options). Also, sometimes there are some errors while sending messages which make them not go through properly but they're usually fixed quickly enough after reporting…

  • Being able to set up mailing lists by department or even role makes keeping everyone in sync simple and fast once setup correctlyThe fact its user friendly across most devices including mobile phones means people don't necessarily forget how much time spent doing work related stuffs online..lotsOf course ease & flexibility around what type o data gets sent over eMail using template system.you know..the usual..haha!! ;)
