Great platform for tracking inventory!

The ability to see what our customers are buying each week in their store. It also gives us information about what people like or dislike from different items we carry. This data helps me make decisions when I'm stocking shelves with products we sell at other locations around my territory. There isn't anything that makes me dislike this tool as of now but I think it would be nice if there was an option to export customer info into Google Sheets so you could create your own reports which can…

Easy ordering, convenient pickup & delivery

I like that it's user friendly for customers to order online through their mobile devices and access my store from anywhere! The customer service leaves something to be desired sometimes. It can get extremely frustrating when you have questions or issues with orders but they are not always able to help. We don't use any other systems currently so there isn't much competition in this space right now. However if you do we would definitely consider looking into them at least as an option because…
