Easy-to Use Patient Management System

Having seen many other companies come & go we felt with their platform being used internally this would be worth taking one look at to see what you think best fits your organisation needs or situation? Great team who were very understanding when I couldn't move into our new environment quickly after my maternity leave ended - thanks for working within this transition plan! Great System For Tracking Sales Process

I like how easy it is to set up rules for my team members to access data from this system. It takes some time to get used to its interface but once you do it becomes very intuitive. There are certain features that would be nice to have such as being able to create custom fields or workflows within the database itself instead of having to use an external tool. This can be done through scripting however which isn't always ideal. The main benefit we've realized with using My Med Leads has been…

  • Pipeline management & visibility across all accounts in your firm's contact center (Salesforce)
  • Customizable reporting capabilities, including metrics about productivity.
  • Can work off standard CRM contacts directly out of the box without additional implementation costs! Great if integration into SalesForce already exists..and even better when not required by SFDC vendors' products!! :)

Great customer service, immediate response times

I like how quick my calls are returned! It is so nice to have someone answer your call as soon as you pick up!! The system works really well for us when it comes time to close our deals with clients who may be purchasing through their account managers or other associates. This has helped tremendously because we can see what they need without having to wait until after hours/weekends etc.. Also being able to send text messages back & forth helps keep communication within this team going very…

I do not find them helpful for certain aspects - such as follow-up. We've found good success with this tool after creating an email campaign which was able to get our first qualified prospect to call us instead! The product itself worked great for me and it is an excellent product. The only thing I don't like about it is that you don’t have access to the phone numbers you are calling. This would be very helpful if that was possible, but the developers do a good job with that. We were going…

  • The product itself worked great for me and it is an excellent product. The only thing I don’t like about it is that you don’t have access to the phone numbers you are calling. This would be very helpful if that was possible, but the developers do a good job with that. We were going through the process of adding all our leads (over 30,000), but it is a bit of a daunting process to set up. I also had the issue of not being able to call all our leads right away, so I was constantly putting things off and had plenty of leads not being followed up on. We also had all the wrong information about the doctors that we were calling, so it was a lot of "what if" scenarios.
