I love that it has all of our contacts in one place, making it easy to add them as new leads or customers. It's also very helpful to have all the information we need for one person in one location. I like that it allows me in one place, see all of my issues from different systems such as sales force or jiras etc. It is great for keeping track with what needs attention when you need help solving an issue! It is really helpful when we have multiple projects all in one place, so its simple for us as an admin/supervisor if I'm not at my desk or out of town! it sometimes takes me about 10 mins before everything loads up again after being idle (not sure why this happens).
