Great email forwarding solution and customer support

I used their service for about 4 years before switching over because it was so good that when there were problems with my account they resolved them quickly! The only thing is you cannot use your own domain or subdomain as an address (at least not yet). So if we wanted our website's e-mail addresses could be privatebox@ourwebsiteaddress instead of something like info1+privatebx2+.com which would have been much better IMO but alas this limitation exists atm :/ But otherwise great product - no…

Great email management software especially if no permanent address

The service provider is extremely friendly & knowledgeable - great support staff! I didn't know this existed until recently but it's been exactly what we needed as an online business. Very impressed!! No problems found for now. We have several customers from different countries that rely on us every day. This makes communications much easier by way of emails. Private Box offers good customer services

It is very easy for me to manage my clients with this software. I can easily add or delete users from their accounts. The interface of the program is simple enough that even someone who has no experience in managing emails would be able to use it without any problem. Sometimes there are problems when sending mass bulk messages via the service but other than that I have had nothing negative to say about private box so far. They do not charge extra fees if you send too many emails at once which…

Private Box Admin & Customer Support Are Fantastic

I liked that PBA has an easy process for adding/removing users as well at customizing our virtual address book with personal photos or images of each staff member. So they can be easily identified when receiving correspondence from clients; however there is no way in which you are able delete your own account once it’s been created by mistake (ie mistakenly creating multiple accounts) nor was their customer service team willing /able enough take my concerns seriously despite numerous emails…
