The ease of using this software for our employees in my organization has been fantastic! It's helped us cut down on paperwork for reporting sick and other benefits as well as making it easier for them to submit their timesheets. There's a lot of features that are simple enough for a non-techie person to understand but powerful enough for more advanced users.
