The ability to create a group chat for my team was very useful for our meetings. I liked that it allowed us to have a more open conversation than using email or text. It was easy to use and also had a lot of features which made it a bit overwhelming at first. I would like to see more options in the software and less features. I like how easy it is to use all of our coworkers in real time at different places around campus if we are not physically together yet that day or week!! This makes working so much easier especially for those who have kids/homeschoolers where they work from home sometimes just getting everyone gathered can be challenging.
