Description of UpKeep

UpKeep's CMMS is a modern maintenance and asset management solution for your team. From your desktop to your phone and even your tablet, UpKeep is easily accessible from anywhere at any time. Create work orders on-the-go, get notifications when tasks are updated, and receive alerts straight from your app when assets go down making your business run more efficiently than ever before. UpKeep offers core maintenance functionality, such as asset, inventory and work order management and preventive maintenance to create service schedules. Users can see a tasks overview page showing upcoming work along with due dates, criticality and assets or workers assigned to each. When adding new tasks, users can include notes, a color-coded priority rating, images, assets and users. The mobile application gives users the ability to create projects, assign work orders, manage assets and more. UpKeep is designed for small to midsize companies across various industry verticals. UpKeep offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and through an online knowledge base.

UpKeep - review about this awesome sevice

This ticket management software is awesome! Our team has used it for years now and it has saved us MANY man hours of manually entering tickets into our database. Now instead of sitting around making coffee or going over emails we focus on building the asset and then managing our maintenance. We never look back :) As a consultant, there’s no greater joy than seeing clients successfully implement new processes to solve problems that previously seemed unsolvable. UpKeep - my review about this website

The UpKeep application makes life easier for our technicians. Everytime we send someone out to check something we know about it right away and we cut down on costs as well since we don't pay double to have someone come back just to write everything off again. This site had a nice design, color scheme, icons, etc. However, there seemed to be no obvious ways to navigate within the app without spending too much time searching around. New technology for material management

I like that it has the ability to schedule jobs, track equipment status and locate problem areas. The software also offers other helpful features such as tracking of repair history and providing detailed reports. It can be difficult to use when trying to navigate through the platform. It would be nice if you could have an option to switch between English or Spanish languages. We do not have issues with this particular software but we have used other similar programs in the past. Best Service Management Software I have ever used!

There really isn't much you can dislike about this software! I have used it in my previous job with another provider and absolutely loved how easy it was. We were able to add multiple reports within minutes of getting set up. With that said, we had issues with integration once we got into the "real world" (multiple users, etc). It took some time figuring out where exactly things needed tweaked but our support rep was there every step of the way if we ran into an issue. This system has made all…
