Great way keep employees connected and in sync

I like how simple it was to set up my account, as well as manage calls with coworkers at different locations around our office. It can take days or weeks for an issue you report/ask about be resolved (especially if its not related directly to product). A lot of times we have issues which are out-of-scope from their support forums; hence end users having difficulties figuring things out themselves without contacting us first - this makes life difficult when dealing with larger companies where…

Great alternative platform when communicating efficiently

As much as I love Slack, it's just not easy to keep up with messages coming from different teams and having to look through each of them to see what my colleagues are working on. Yodel has made it so we can have conversations with our teammates without leaving Slack or creating new tabs for every project.
