Hotbit is a cryptocurrency exchange launched in 2018 with its main headquarters in the country of China. It is made up of a global team of professionals with experience in traditional and crypto markets.

When using it I realized that everything is understood perfectly and we do not need to be so expert. They have multiple cryptocurrencies available both the main ones and other unknown new ones and the functions are really incredible, although later I started having certain problems with the exchange.

It uses excellent security methods like SSL encryption technology and Google's two-step authentication.
0.2% fee for all transactions.
There are no fees when depositing money on the exchange. All deposits and withdrawals are processed automatically.
Multiple supported currencies including major and unknown ones.
It is well designed for a cryptocurrency investor and they have in addition to the web desktop version, a mobile application available from the trading platform.
Supports six languages.
It does not support margin trading.
Customer service is available 24/7 via live chat, email, ticket, or social media.

Overall, it is a crypto-intensive exchange that emerged recently and could have a promising future if given the effort it deserves. However, the customer service is lousy when it comes to answering our questions or complaints and sometimes the KYC process fails when we are going to withdraw money.
