Monero is a very nice project and a promising investment which attracted me due to there market supply. Mining is monero on MoneroHash has been on for a long time now which make it a very reliable one, though to me it is still an upcoming pool which doesn't matter in mining because you would get approximately same rewards based on my experiences
While using it at first I got mad when it didn't see my balance for a day or so, I was already getting set to write a bad report before it came. The balance takes some time before arriving as a lot of time is consumed while trying to find a block. It is a very easy going app which is recommended for even newbies in mining to equip them with basic insights in mining. The security is very commendable, work is really put on the aspect. It has been on the same level for a long time, the only problem I had is that there was no improvement and expansion over the years
Pros
- One confidence booster about it is that there has never been complains about security in all its forums online.
- Its application are well developed and there about 3-4 for you to choose from.
- It doesn't restrict any user from any part of the world, it is open to everybody.

- It is a good investment
