NEO is developing their platform in anticipation of future demands while Ethereum is developing in response to present demands. NEO has a long time vision... typical of Chinese culture.
I believe NEO has equal and possibly greater potential than Ethereum.

Pros
- Established in China with corporate collaboration and governmental collaboration. This is a great pro when legislations will start affecting the crypto space. China is the largest crypto market. Gas and rewards in Gas are another plus. Very powerful connection with Onchain and Alibaba. Dapps and future ICOs will help raise the price of NEO and Gas. Could reach Ethereum level in the near future.
Cons
- Does not have enough partnerships,. Needs more or it will be left to one side because of the great competition. Companies and services will choose only one platform.
