high interest rate but some red flags

I can join most of my prescribers. I would like to add the following:

The website has no imprint. One does not know where the company is based or what legal form it has. Malta (credissimo)?  Switzerland (read this somewhere, but can't find the source anymore)?

nexo has started with the promise of a very high dividend payout frequency. nexo has paid out exactly one dividend so far in autumn 2019 + a loyalty dividend. That's it so far and not a word from nexo on the subject.
